Cordura Twill 1680D
通常のナイロンに比べ、摩耗や、引き裂き、擦り切れ強度に強いコーデュラポリエステルを、ARAI・オリジナルの綾織り＝ツイルで仕上げています。綾織りは、デニムなどでよく使われる丈夫な技法ですが、この生地は、横糸を増やし平織りに近づけて、高密度（縦38本横26本）で織ることにより、さらなる強度としなやかな艶を生み出しました。また、表には撥水加工、裏にはPUコーティングを2回行い、防水性能も高いのが特徴です。
